Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities:
- Liaison between Pratt recycling plant locations and Pratt Recycling Sales Manager.
- Resolve issues as they arise with Customers and Plant Managers.
- Ability to accurately communicate equipment issues, account coordination and customer expectations.
- Communicates with Plant Manager and Sales Manager with challenges or processes of customer.
- Follow all company policies per Employee Handbook & Code of Conduct.
- Follow all company safety guidelines.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- No direct reports.
Hiring Requirements/Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in packaging, accounting or finance or business is a plus.
- Must have 5-7 years of experience in a recycling/sustainable sales role.
- Must have a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to travel when deemed necessary, there will be extensive travel in this role.
- Must be able to travel weekly throughout region.
- Prefer Office Suite experience at intermediate level or above.
- Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
- Professional Attitude & conduct.
- Multi-task, interpersonal communication, problem solving, and time management skills are needed.
- High degree of safety awareness and safety discipline.
- Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors and the general public at all times.
- Travel and work away from home when and if required.
- Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
- Strictly adhere to safety requirements and the policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
