Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving profitable growth and enhancing customer value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the corrugated packaging industry, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and Develop Sales Team : Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve company objectives.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute market-driven sales strategies and pricing aligned with the company's vision and goals. Monitor sales volume and product mix. Prepare annual sales forecast.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Performance Monitoring : Set performance goals, monitor sales metrics, and prepare periodic sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Oversee credit controls and granting credit to customers.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the operations and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to develop innovative packaging solutions.
- Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
