Your Role and Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Stacking sheets from the corrugator efficiently and with quality.
- Communicating and coordinating with personnel for necessary adjustments.
- Submitting maintenance requests for equipment repairs.
- Assisting in training dry end personnel to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensuring safety and housekeeping standards are met consistently.
Requirements: A high school diploma or GED, ability to read and follow factory instructions, and proficiency in high school-level math. Experience with equipment operations and product specifications is invaluable.
