What You Need
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in industrial maintenance.
- Background in a skilled trade related to industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, fluid power, machining, welding).
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical measuring devices.
- Competence in reading schematics and diagrams.
- Effective multitasking and communication skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and customer service principles.
Physical Expectations
You should be able to lift 50 lbs, while also standing, sitting, kneeling, and climbing effectively across long shifts in diverse environments. Flexibility for overtime and the ability to function in varying temperatures using necessary PPE is crucial.
