Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems efficiently.
• Enhance production equipment functionalities to maximize performance.
• Investigate and address equipment failures through root cause analysis.
• Proactively support project initiatives and streamline continuous improvement operations.
• Uphold the 5S systems and maintain GMP compliance diligently.
• Ensure adherence to all company safety protocols.
• Adjust equipment to achieve peak productivity.
• Adapt work procedures to meet scheduled objectives.
• Continuously seek knowledge advancement in maintenance practices and technologies.

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in industrial maintenance.
• Background in a skilled trade related to industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, fluid power, machining, welding).
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical measuring devices.
• Competence in reading schematics and diagrams.
• Effective multitasking and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and customer service principles.

Physical Expectations

You should be able to lift 50 lbs, while also standing, sitting, kneeling, and climbing effectively across long shifts in diverse environments. Flexibility for overtime and the ability to function in varying temperatures using necessary PPE is crucial.
