The GATORWORKS Advanced Military Engine Programs (AMEP) organization is responsible for making sound business and program decisions to mature promising technologies for eventual transition into the next generation products.
The AMEP team is seeking a highly motivated individual for the Program Integration Manager position. This position is responsible for supporting day to day program integration activities along with supporting various business/operations and digital transformation related tasks. Those areas include but not limited to proposal execution, program prep work after contract award, preparation of program kick-off as well as certain process improvement activities such as creating new tools and processes that standardize business functions including best practices for creating collaborative work sites and program management business analytics.
Additional responsibilities include:
Partnering with functional organizations and drive projects from inception to execution from execution to closeout.
Support of program management functions such as program planning, forecasting, budgeting, manpower, monitoring and execution.
Utilize available tools, process/procedures to perform day to day programmatic activities.
Lead projects that pertain to senior management and division initiatives.
Assist business/operations group in the integration of customer proposals.
Participate in agile transformation activities to support process improvement initiatives.
Build a solid relationship with the internal divisions such as Business Acquisition Center of Excellence organization, Finance, Contracts and teaming them on process improvement initiatives.
Develop proper reporting metrics and support senior management reviews.
Interface with engineering managers, control account managers, and project management in estimating, scheduling, and maintaining task performance within approved cost and schedule constraints.
Participate in other special projects as required.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Experience/Qualifications:
An agile mindset – focuses on the outcome, leverage an iterative approach, and display the flexibility to adapt to new information.
A strong track record of demonstrated leadership and teaming skills.
Demonstrated use of SAP and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) skills; use of Primavera a plus.
Candidate must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Display a thorough understanding of process improvement methodology and Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) principles.
Candidate must be able to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities.
A desire to roll up their sleeves and act with urgency.
A willingness to challenge the status quo then proposes and implements elegant and effective solutions.
The experience and judgment to assess risk then balance action and analysis

What is my role type?
In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. We’ve introduced role types to help you understand how you will operate in our blended work environment. This role is:
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
Requires advanced to expert knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have broad knowledge of project management. Requires substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or
systems in order to provide enhancements within job area. Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years
prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
