Reporting to the Training Supervisor, the Training Coordinator is responsible for the CEC employees training records. This job will coordinate all training requirements at CEC to ensure each employee has the training required for their job
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter training accomplished in SAP
- Ensure all required training is done in defined time
- Scan and manually enter accomplished OJT into SAP
- Create training programs as requested by leadership
- Ensure inspection and mechanics stamps are issued in accordance with RSP’s
- Alert leadership of any missed training that will result in a loss of certification
- Verify that training accomplished is up-to-date and accurate
- Ensure work summaries are completed on-time and in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure Training records are maintained in accordance with regulatory, internal and customer requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- US Citizenship required due to government contract
Preferred Qualifications:
- PC Skills, including word processing, spreadsheet and graphics software preferred. (Specifically, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Windows 97).
- SAP Familiarization
- Strong organizational and planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
