This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in the following locations : Texas, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington, Wisconsin, and Florida.
Your Mission : Ensure successful releases by building trust, framing engagements, and advancing our practices
- Win Engagements : Craft approaches in the sales process, eliciting insights, demonstrating expertise, cultivating relationships.
- Oversee Delivery : Provide oversight and direction for a portfolio of client engagements.
- Deliver Results : Provide end-to-end technical leadership and supervision for projects, navigating scope, risks, and 3rd parties to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline; also lead the delivery of technically-focused initial engagements such as code audits and POC phases.
- Manage Delivery : Ensure all projects in your practice / portfolio are appropriately resourced, performing successfully, and within profitability objectives.
- Increase Capacity : Identify and develop training opportunities to increase long-term improvements in delivery.
- Advance Capabilities : Lead training efforts for the discipline so that expertise advances with industry.
- Cultivate Camaraderie : Ensure that Core Values are living and breathing throughout our practice.
- Lead Teams : Ensure successful hiring / contracting, act as a mentor and escalation point for coaches / managers and an example of servant leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,376 to $185,887 benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
