Magic XPA with Transcend
New Jersey, NJ - REMOTE
Contract
We are looking for highly motivated Magic XPA developer with knowledge of Transcend platform (Life and Annuity product). Ideal candidate should have excellent Magic XPA development experience with strong interpersonal / communication skills. In this role He / she will design, develop solutions on Transcend platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new annuity products, enhance existing products with new rider features, be involved in production support for the annuity policy administration system, and work in a Kanban environment, leading a product by understanding business requirements and refining it for further development.
Work with business team to understand the problem and craft the solution which really fits into client needs.
Responsibilities
A team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, logical-thinking and analytical abilities
Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly communicate with client stakeholders.
Hands on Magic XPA developer for Transcend Life and Annuity product.
Experience in design and development (Oracle PL / SQL) of databases
Unix shell scripting experience.
Liaise with business stakeholders directly (where required) to refine requirements, understand them and provide guidance.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E / MCA
Excellent application solutioning skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Candidate should have experience on Magic XPA development and Transcend Life and Annuity product.
Knowledge on Magic XPI would be additional advantage.
Savvy commercial awareness, being able to both respond to customer needs whilst recognizing where the value lies for the company
Passionate about the practical use of Technology to solve complex business challenges.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet project deadlines.
