Communications Engineer

What you will be doing
The successful Communications Engineer must be able to demonstrate the following expertise:
- Continuously monitor the status of all deployed systems
- Continuously monitor the status of all communications links
- Perform detailed analysis of communications links to identify architecture, provider, or environment issues
- Perform performance testing
- Perform network troubleshooting and tuning
- Perform cloud architecture troubleshooting and tuning
What you will need
- Experience configuring, installing and maintaining network multi-layer switches, routers, firewalls, workstations, satellite, and secure communications.
- Experience working in OCONUS environments
- Ability to use an array of monitoring tools/scripts to identify potential issues for assessment
- BS & 9 - 11 years experience OR MS & 6 - 8 years experience.
Clearance: Active TS/SCI with an appropriate polygraph is required to be considered for this role
Salary range:
$144,251.00 - $271,085.00 (Annually)*
