Operations Lead
The Operations Lead shall provide oversight of operations activity that provides support to current host nations as well as forward deployed teams. The Ops lead shall work directly with contractor management and the Sponsor to identify operational requirements, independently assess the issues, and identify a solution.
What you will be doing
- Collaborate with all stakeholders and present to Sponsor comprehensive deployment schedules for TDY's
- Establish and maintain the process and procedures needed to provide real time support for deployed teams
- Prepare and present baseline briefings to the customer, including status, findings and observations
- Develop matrices to show historical issue, impact and mitigations plans
- Inform Sponsor and contractor management on functional issues of concern at scheduled meetings and review boards.
Clearance: Active TS/SCI with an appropriate polygraph is required to be considered for this role
Salary range:
$138,849.00 - $307,825.00 (Annually)*
