What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions support team for HR, Accounting, Materials Management, IT, and Billing (you don't have to do it all)
- Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with patient-centered care goals.
- Leading and mentoring staff to create a collaborative, high-performing team in an exciting new model of healthcare.
- Supporting the optimization of workflows and implementing technology solutions to enhance patient access, reduce inefficiencies, and improve outcomes.
- Driving clinic performance through data analysis, and adherance to established quality improvement initiatives.
- Building an exceptional patient experience, making the clinic a trusted and preferred healthcare destination.

- 3 years of management experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Record of strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Successful record of experience with clinic operations, staff management, and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field.

General Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity for office machine operation including computer and calculator; stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, mobility to complete errands for deliveries, or sitting for extended periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Requires walking on non-level surfaces, inside and outside the office, throughout the day. Stress can be triggered by multiple staff demands and deadlines.
