We are committed to moving away from the traditional fee-for-service approach to embrace a more sustainable and value-driven framework. The physician will receive a competitive base salary, complemented by incentive pay tied to performance metrics in value-based care, rewarding high-quality and patient-centered outcomes.
Compensation Package Highlights:
- Base Salary: $315,000
- Incentive Bonus: Up to $80,000 annually
- Relocation Assistance: $40,000
- Loan Repayment & Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 over 5 years
- Profit Share Potential: 6%
