What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide direct patient care, including vitals, injections, phlebotomy, and assisting with procedures.
- Coordinate daily workflows to optimize efficiency and enhance the patient experience.
- Assist with training and mentoring new team members.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Partner with providers and staff to enhance team-based care and patient engagement.
What You Bring to the Team
✔ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.✔ 2 years of experience in a medical assistant role (lead or supervisory experience a plus).✔ Highly reliable and committed to team success.
✔ A passion for efficiency, teamwork, and patient-centered care.✔ Excitement about learning and implementing new technologies to improve clinic workflows.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience:
- No less than 2 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant
- Experience with Electrocardiogram (EKG), taking vital signs, venipuncture, capillary and giving injections.
Other Requirements:
- Must possess a current BLS certification or obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

General Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
- The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
