Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) who would like the opportunity to join our thriving and provider-driven, outpatient practice, partnering with a collegial and supportive team. Our ideal candidate will have Primary Care/ Family Medicine experience and a passion for providing exceptional and individualized patient care. We emphasize preventative care as well as managing chronic medical problems. We are looking for a NP who is comfortable with a wide range of patients from small children to geriatrics.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Abilities:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner
- Preferred 2 years experience as NP in Family Medicine
- Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Respect for patient's confidentiality
- Compassionate and approachable
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Attend work regularly and on time
