Thurston Medical Clinic is a busy, well-established practice, with a tightknit team of providers who care for patients of all ages and a focus on ensuring the highest patient level outcomes. We are seeking a passionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who has an interest in delivering high quality care within a team-driven environment.

Benefit Highlights

  • Compensation $141,000 - $145,000 base salary
  • Production Compensation up to $220,000/year
  • 4 day workweek
  • Up to $10,000 Relocation

Required Qualifications & Abilities

  • Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Required Minimum 1 year experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care
  • Preferred Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care
  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Respect for patient's confidentiality
  • Compassionate and approachable
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Attend work regularly and on time
