- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication, proactive updates, and timely resolution of issues.
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer projects, from order entry and production tracking to final delivery and post-project follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients by understanding their needs, visiting customer sites, and facilitating both virtual and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Quality Assurance, Scheduling, and Logistics to align project goals and execution.
- Monitor customer inventory levels, initiate purchase orders for materials, and manage inventory flow for both Praxis-supplied and customer-supplied goods.
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely updates within ERP systems; provide real-time updates to customers regarding project and delivery status.
- Lead onboarding and execution of new customer projects, including documentation, scheduling, and internal training alignment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in service or workflow and providing solutions.
- Support the Sales team by cross-training on key accounts and stepping in as needed for collaborative success.
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or project coordination—preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience working within a contract or third-party manufacturing model is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and manage timelines under pressure.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); ERP or CRM system experience preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to occasionally travel locally to customer sites and flex shifts as needed (including 8, 10, or 12-hour days).
