As a Work Order Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure that all production and control records are reviewed and approved by the quality control unit to ensure compliance with all established written procedures before a batch is released. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Review final job paperwork for accuracy & completeness.
- Ensure any job paperwork is corrected in a timely manner.
- Report orders to Customer and in the Praxis system.
- Monitor quality of incoming and finished product.
- Perform AQL inspection as needed.
- Pull necessary customer samples.
- Flexibility to works other shifts, overtime or weekends if needed.
- 1-3 years of experience reviewing Quality Documents or similar experience required.
- Strong attention to detail skills necessary.
- The ability to work independently without supervision required.
- Ability to organize priorities and workload required.
- Good computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office programs Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred.
