To help us be prepared for expansion, we need an experienced Director of Production to assist our Unette facility in Randolph, NJ. This role will direct and manage all day-to-day and strategic activities on our shop floor, including Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance, as well as projects related to Process & Equipment Engineering. This a key leadership role that will report to the Sr. Vice President and help to drive efficiency at Unette to the next level! This role will have 3-5 Direct Reports and will lead a total team of about 100 employees across 2 shifts.
- Target pay is $130k-$160k annually, plus bonus.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience leading and developing teams in a regulatory (FDA, cGMP) manufacturing environment is required and is the essence of the role.
- Bachelor’s degree is required. A technical degree in Engineering or related is preferred.
- An ideal candidate would also have experience in the following:
- Contract Manufacturing
- Health & Beauty Packaging or Pharmaceutical Packaging
- Liquid Fill equipment
- Spanish language skills would be beneficial.
- No relocation will be provided to candidates for this role.
