We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Receptionist in the Human Resources Department. As a Human Resources Receptionist, you'll assist with the oversight of the hands-on, daily management of the HR center, including routing calls, answering basic HR-related inquiries, new hire orientation, filing, and supporting various HR-related projects. You'll work with all supervision and employees to ensure that cGMPs, Praxis SOPs, Policies, and Work Instructions are being followed.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR center (75% of the role), receptionist duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the maintenance of all employee personnel files (active and term). This includes but is not limited accurate filing and updating of any employee changes.
- Badge management for new employees, terms, LOA and temporary badges
- Updates HR metrics and gecko board
- Completes employment verifications or coordinates with Payroll Manager to complete.
- Administers Uniform program
- Audit PA Forms to ensure changes are correctly in system before filing.
- Submits HR credit card reports.
- Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures
- Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system using the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions
- Instills a sense of quality through modeled quality behaviors and mindset
- Elevates complaints and problems, seeks Management assistance
- Ensures proper PPE’s and Safety procedures are followed
- Flexibly works other shifts, shifts maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed
Qualifications
Knowledge & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred
- 2-4 years similar experience required
- Bilingual preferred
- The ability to work independently, without supervision required
- Ability to organize priorities and workload required
Pay Range
USD $22.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.Salary : $22 - $30
