Position Summary :
As a Process Technician, you will ensure the production of high-quality medical devices by optimizing manufacturing processes and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Your role directly impacts the success of treatments for life-threatening cardiac conditions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manufacturing Support : Operate and maintain production equipment used in catheter assembly, such as extrusion machines, laser welders, and braiding equipment.
- Process Optimization : Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Quality Assurance : Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of production parameters, deviations, and maintenance activities per FDA, GMP and ISO 13485 standards.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with engineering, operations and quality teams to validate new processes or changes in design.
