We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to lead efforts in acquiring valueadd net lease properties particularly in the industrial and retail sectors. Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain relationships with brokers property owners developers and other professionals to identify both onmarket and offmarket investment opportunities.
- Analyze and assess market conditions risks and trends to identify opportunities in target markets.
- Manage the full lifecycle of acquisitions including deal structuring financial analysis due diligence negotiations and closing processes.
- Collaborate with asset management teams to enhance the performance and value of existing properties within the portfolio.
- Build and refine financial models to evaluate investment potential and project returns.
- Represent the organization at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to strengthen visibility and relationships.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including legal advisors property managers and investors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
