Responsibilities
- ID Checking
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with a positive shopping experience.
- Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales area to enhance the shopping experience.
- Upsell products by suggesting complementary items based on customer preferences.
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Current ID, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card or Passport
- Evening and Weekend Availability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Experience in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Knowledge of cannabis products, including strains and their effects, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership skills when supervising others.
- A passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
