Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Reporting Relationship: Compassionate Support Services (CSS) Director
Department: Compassionate Support Services (CSS)
Days Worked: TBD / Possibility of remote work environment
Required Hours: Part-time – 10 hours per week; Hourly / Non-Exempt
*Ability to work 10-14 hours per week during the months of September and October

_ Position Summary: _ Primary purpose of this position is to input, track, and manage CSS programs through the timely and accurate database processing of confidential client file data.
Specific Responsibilities:
Data Entry/Management:
o Input, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems with a high level of integrity and accuracy
o Verify and cross check data for errors and discrepancies
o Organize and maintain records, both electronic and physical, for easy access and retrieval
o Generate reports and summaries from data, pointing out patterns and trends to leadership
o Meet pertinent deadlines for data entry tasks and prioritize workload effectively
o Inform leadership of problems and/or concerns relating to data intake, programs, software, etc.
o Create and maintain program surveys, results, and tracking system
o Work with the leadership in a continuous assessment of data collection coordination, laying out data scope and sequence, logic models, and other foundational supports
o Ensure compliance with PRC data confidentiality and security policies
o Special data/reporting projects as requested
o Attend all required meetings: staff, departmental, and in-service training, as required
o Assist with and/or attend PRC events (Gala, volunteer events, Walk for Life, etc.), when directed
Position Requirements:
o Prior experience in data entry preferred
o Detail focused
o Excellent organizational skills
o Good communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and database software
o Knowledgeable in Google documents, forms, and presentations
o Familiar and/or willing to learn Zoom, Google Meets, and TEAMS
o Self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
o Physically able to lift 25 lbs.
o Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with highly sensitive data
