Responsibilities:
- Directly oversee the daily operations of the service yard, including equipment storage, maintenance, and readiness.
- Lead and develop a team of service technicians, focusing on their performance and skill development.
- Coordinate service technician schedules to meet project demands, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Provide technical support to resolve equipment issues and perform service duties as needed.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of service tickets and JSAs, ensuring timely submission of necessary documentation.
- Implement and maintain a culture of safety, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address incidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely ordering of parts, supplies, and repairs, and collaborating with the Global Fleet Manager.
- Monitor technician performance, reviewing timecards, service records, and billing documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Promote effective communication among team members, local managers, and global stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve team performance and safety.
- Support inventory management by reviewing vendor invoices and purchase orders.
