Job Opening: Personal Assistant to the President
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our President in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. This role requires strong administrative and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an active calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations
- Handle confidential correspondence and documents
- Research and prioritize incoming issues, providing appropriate follow-up
- Keep the President informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Support with property management coordination and other administrative tasks
