Customer Success Representative
Position Summary:
The position of Customer Success Representative ensures outstanding experience through interactions with our customers following the completion of their account set up with FirstMile. The Customer Success Representative works in conjunction with FM Sales and Customer Support, New Account Manager and Leadership to set the customer up for success. The hours are generally 8:30am to 5:30pm keep in mind that the hours may vary based on the needs of the business.
Job Basics:
The Customer Success Representative must be able to lift a minimum of less than one pound to a maximum of 50 pounds, and able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, and use full range of body motions.
Language Skills:
The Customer Success Representative must be fluent in English (written and verbal) in order to perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position successfully.

- Location: Salt Lake City, UT
- Division: FirstMile
- Pay: $19 - $20/hr
- Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Understand and meet the needs of new and existing customers throughout the US
- Work with all internal teams to audit, follow and ensure success, and continue shipping for our customers
- Work in conjunction with sales and management to ensure we are using best practices and SOP’s in our new account process.
- Speak with customers to ensure their experience with FirstMile is meeting or exceeding expectations
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Help answer incoming customer support phone calls
- Assist in Claims process
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent computer and data entry skills required.
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Sales Force automation systems experience a plus.
