Premier Real Estate Management is looking for an enthusiastic person with previous customer service experience to assist us with managing our beautiful apartment community, Phantom Woods Apartments in Mukwonago, WI. As the Property Manager you will ensure the properties are well-maintained, be responsible for all aspects of leasing and coordinate maintenance requests. Part-time- 26-30 hours per week. EOE.
Duties to Include:
- Recording and updating details of applicants and entering information into our computer systems accurately and timely.
- Conducting property tours with prospective residents.
- Reviewing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
- Working with current residents to provide information and coordinate maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates must be able to multitask, be organized and have strong people skills. Previous property management experience preferred, however, willing to train the right candidate.
Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
