Job Summary
We are seeking a positive, motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the office staff. Candidate should be able to multi task and have the flexibility to adapt to changes quickly. Must be able to take directive from multiple individuals and prioritize accordingly.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage phone calls ,taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate party.
- Managing and organizing files, both physical and digital.
- Assist in maintaining office organization and cleanliness.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proficient computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office .
- Must have a basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.
