Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time (PT) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be capable of managing various office tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Provide receptionist/administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Welcome & assist guest in a courteous and amiable way, including facilitating the check-in and check-out procedures for all individuals in building
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry
- Enforce rules and regulations firmly both within the building and on grounds
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived.
- Provide excellent customer service to owners, guests, tenants and vendors
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize computer skills to create reports, and other documents as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a Condo/Property Management setting
- Computer savvy is a must.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data entry and file management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Must possess strong typing skills, including software experience Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Prior experience with QuickBooks and Cinc is a plus
- Must speak and write English fluently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a capacity to remain flexible and patient.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong administrative skills

- Manual Dexterity: Proficient use of hands and fingers for tasks such as typing, operating office equipment, and performing administrative duties.
- Visual Acuity: Ability to see and observe residents and guests, monitor security cameras, and read documents and instructions.
- Hearing: Must be able to hear and respond to residents and guests, as well as respond to alarms and other auditory signals.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with residents, guests, and team members.
- Emergency Response: Capacity to respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations, which may involve physical activity, including running or lifting.
