Duties
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machine tools, including logic controllers, to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Utilize measuring tools such as calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
- Assemble and fabricate components as required for various projects.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment within the factory.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CNC Mill Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating stamping presses and other related machinery is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of basic math principles for accurate measurement and calculations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints effectively.
- Experience working in a warehouse or factory setting is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
