Position Summary
The Manager, Supply Chain Planning is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted end-to-end supply for our lead clinical candidate, PRGN-2012. This includes translating program demands into robust 0–3-year production plans, leading Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and End-to-End Production Planning, and managing external CDMO partnerships. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory, mitigate supply risks, and ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) product delivery.
Reporting directly to the Associate Director, Supply Chain Planning & Systems, this role requires a high degree of autonomy, accountability, and ownership of one’s work in an often ambiguous environment. The individual in this role must be comfortable with changing priorities, able to adapt to evolving circumstances, and proactively seek clarity while driving results in a rapidly evolving landscape.
The role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication and relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of cGMP manufacturing in a biopharmaceutical setting

Key Duties And Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply Chain Management:
- Translate clinical and commercial program demands into robust 0–3-year production plans, ensuring uninterrupted supply for key portfolio candidates.
- Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning ‘ERP’ systems to manage materials requirements planning (MRP), production plans, and inventory optimization.
- Serve as the Supply Chain liaison for external manufacturing partnerships, supporting contract negotiations, capacity planning, and on-time product delivery.
- Monitor CMO performance, escalate and resolve supply risks, and conduct regular business reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Commercial, Logistics, PD, & MSAT) to drive alignment on production schedules, inventory targets, regulatory timelines, disposition schedules, In-bound testing, etc.
- Act as the Supply Chain Product Lead ‘SCPL’ on CMC, ensuring alignment on scheduling, materials availability, new product introductions, and risk assessments.
- Ensure supply chain activities adhere to regulatory standards and actively participate in S&OP processes to anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Devise, and track key performance metrics (e.g., OTIF, inventory levels, supplier performance) and identify areas for cost savings or efficiency gains.
- Lead or support supply chain improvement projects, document processes, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Responsible for driving quality records including CCR’s, CAPA’s, and Deviations.
- Support ERP implementations and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration of advanced planning tools for end-to-end visibility and control.
- 6 years of professional experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech field with a BS/BA, or 4 years with an MBA; an equivalent amount of relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree .
- Proficiency in building robust and strategic production plans, ensuring alignment with long-term supply/demand forecasts.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ERP systems within the pharmaceutical/biotech space; experience with Oracle NetSuite or other relevant platforms preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present data and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Proven track record supporting Materials Management and S&OP processes.
- Experience executing scenario planning and “what-if” analyses to proactively address supply chain challenges and drive decision-making.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail in planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple, often competing, tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
