We are seeking a Quality Manager who has a drive for excellence and experience in medium to high complexity metals manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong people interpersonal communicating skills and a thorough understanding of the root cause/corrective action process both on-site and within the supply base.
The Quality Manager function is responsible for ensuring internal and externally produced parts are sampled against pertinent specifications and records are monitored and kept per MMP and customer procedures. The successful candidate will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities of the quality department to ensure customer requirements are met and product flows through QC effectively and efficiently.
- Approve incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to maintain quality standards.
- Direct quality associates to perform incoming material inspections, in-process production product inspections, and finished product approvals.
