Children start learning at birth and the first 5 years are crucial to children's growth and development as 90% of their brain is developed within those 5 years. What we do matters! We provide a structured and routined learning environment at every age.

As an Early Childhood Educator you will:

• Lead children in large and small group settings.
• Maintain a safe, loving, and clean environment
  
• Communicate in person and via technology with families and coworkers
• Work as a team creating lesson plans and activities to have fun in the classroom while helping children meet their developmental milestones
• Engage with the children while playing and exploring new activities-you get to have fun with the activities too!!
  
• Play outdoors year round
• Follow our motto of Teamwork makes the Dreamwork
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties

Varying full time shifts available Monday through Friday:

7:30a-4:00p

7:45a-4:15p

8:00a-4:30p

9:30a-6:00p

3 year old classroom

Team Support-this person helps relieve staff for breaks and will help with all age groups.
