We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering the social and intellectual development of each child.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote early childhood education
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration
- Provide individualized attention to each child, addressing their unique needs and interests
- Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication and updates on their child's progress
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom
- Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines to promote gross motor skills development
- Implement early intervention strategies for children who may require additional support
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, including assessments and observations
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment

Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
