What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Worker position at Precious People Childcare?
Looking for a caring and enthusiastic person that loves working with children of all ages! Person will be responsible for basic care and for implementing classroom schedules and activities. Must have some experience working with children and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Full time or part time positions open. Responsibilities
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Remain in constant communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children
- Observe children’s interactions and promote the spirit of concord
- Collaborate with other colleagues
- Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven experience as a child care/daycare teacher or relative experience working with children
- Excellent knowledge of child development
- Methodical and creative
- Patience, flexibility, and love for children
- Strong communication and time management skills
