Responsibilities Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations to optimize the daily schedule.Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and care plans with professionalism.Maintain accurate patient records and manage health information in compliance with regulations.Process medical collections and handle billing inquiries effectively.Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the clinic.Utilize office management software to track appointments and patient information accurately.Support the overall administrative functions of the practice as needed.
