Duties

- Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently while handling transactions accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively upsell items.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Supervise stock levels and assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic understanding of retail math concepts for inventory management and sales tracking.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is a plus but not required.
