Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager in the day to day operations of Homeowner Association Management. . The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to multi task roles for each community. This role requires effective communication and organization.
Duties
- Assist in all aspects of community operations, including visits to property for compliance checks, report creation and tracking, maintenance coordination, follow up on projects with vendors,
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize property management software for tracking compliance checks, work orders, and maintenance requests.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it meets quality standards and address any maintenance needs.
- Ability to deliver reports and post agendas at community as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience using property management software is a plus.
- Demonstrated conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
