Our company is seeking a highly-motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to help us provide world-class service by responding to customers' questions and concerns efficiently via phone, email and chat. The ideal candidate will possess significant prior experience working in a customer service role, as well as an understanding of our product offerings and technical expertise with our products. The successful candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment, be able to prioritize multiple tasks at once, manage time effectively and deliver outstanding service on a daily basis. Insurance experience required, license prefered.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing, quoting and answering clients questions and concerns.
- Taking client information and relaying to different quoting systems.
- Understand the company's service agreements.
- Answer questions about all aspects of the company, including public relations, product development and innovation, and customer service.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Experience:
- Clerical/Insurance: 1 year (Required)
