We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our growing company. Our Manager is responsible for preparing, analyzing and completing payroll calculations and distributing the processed payroll data to their team, as well as maintaining open lines of communication with our executive staff. The successful candidate will work with a fast-paced team and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. Payroll Manager will have a staff of 4-8 employees to work with to complete the list of weekly tasks as well as special assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform payroll tasks, such as wages and deductions, benefit payments, etc.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable & Payables
- Work with clients to ensure all necessary records are kept.
- Complete spreadsheets and some data entry.
- Complete workers compensation audits and similar type audits.
Requirements:
- Three years minimum office manger experience.
- Three years minimum payroll experience overall.
- One year experience with Quickbooks.
- One year experience with Datatech (Ag Payroll Software).
- One year experience with Microsoft Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
