Office Administrative Assistant

Precise Personnel is now hiring an Office Admin/Receptionist in Chino, CA!

Hours: 7:30 AM- 3:30 PM (Depending on workload)

Pay rate is $19.00 per hour.

• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• 365 Finance and operational system/ Microsoft Dynamics
• Customer order invoicing.
• RMA processing experience
• Building access card issuing.
• Safety Harness and Lanyard Log updating.
• Monthly Safety Meeting record keeping.
• Assist with Temp employee timecards weekly.
• Process Employee orders.
• Available to assist and train on other duties as needed.
• Excel, Outlook, and Word
