We are currently seeking a Program Manager to support our Washington, DC customer. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Program Manager will assist in the management of design, construction and post-delivery of small combatants for international customers. They will manage a team that coordinates planning, budgeting and execution.
Required Experience :
- 15 years of program management experience, including planning, budgeting, and executing complex projects with multi-functional teams (60 professional support staff).
- A minimum of 10 of the 15 years shall include experience with USN and / or partners in fleet operations or ship procurement.
- Expertise in preparing reports and briefings for senior executives (O-7 level).
- Expertise in assignment supervision and management.
- Experience in Financial Management, Cost Estimating, Procurement Strategic Planning and Execution, and / or Business Management.
Required Education : Bachelor's Degree
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
