Since our establishment, we have demonstrated and perfected our ability to manage the customer's needs, no matter how complex – offering exceptional service and the Precise solution.We are seeking an Acquisition Specialist (Procurement) Analyst to support the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262) in Patuxent River, MD.Functional Description : Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Documentation (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA). Assesses program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares, and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.Responsibilities Include : Work with PMT and CSPTProvide PPC support along with general acquisition supportKnowledge and experience with AMS to hit the groundSupport the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Documents (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA)Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirementsAttend, participate, support, analyze, provide input, develop, prepare and report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boardsRequired Education : A Bachelor’s Degree or allowable substitutions are required for this position. Allowable substitutions include an Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years of additional work experience; or four (4) years of additional work experience, performing duties described in the functional description.Required Experience : Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
