We seek an experienced administrative assistant to provide administrative, technical, and programmatic support at the DEVCOM Chemical Biological Center (CBC) to support the Research and Operations Directorate's missions, functions, and operations.
All work is performed on-site, in Edgewood, Maryland, 5 days per week
Duties :
- Assist the Branch Chief, Principal Investigators and other team members with budget and programmatic inquiries.
- Proactively manage developing solutions by providing support to senior administration and management personnel.
- Provide financial data and record-keeping
- Manage and oversee MIPRs (Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests) and ATAAPS (Automated Time Attendance and Production System)
- Establish a record of scheduling and prepare meeting arrangements
- Maintain meeting minute captures / follow-up
