JOB SUMMARY
Monday to Friday 9 : 30am-6 : 30pm
Primary duty of this position is to fulfill orders by picking and processing inventory out of the AutoStore system. Other duties include inventory replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory control tasks. This role involves working with an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), conveyor system, and corresponding software. The position processes all inventory through QA order closing and prepares for immediate shipment, consolidation, or to be sent to a technician on the floor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure timely and accurate inventory pick and fulfillment transactions
Pick sales orders, requisitions, and transfers through WM6 software
Assure order is consistent across system platforms
Invoice orders in P21
Route picked inventory to appropriate area
Induct incoming inventory into AutoStore
Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Identify inventory discrepancies
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned
METRICS
AutoStore Operators will be expected to maintain a goal attainment level of at least 100% based on the established performance metrics (TBD). Failure to meet a minimum level of 85% for a period of two consecutive months will result in MRS action.

BONUS / COMMISSION PLAN

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
Introductory Review Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
Quarterly Reviews – Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
Annual Reviews – Review same as monthly reviews for year along with Strengths, areas for improvement, and Plans / Goals for upcoming year.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 9 : 30am – 6 : 30pm. Employee’s schedule may change due to business needs. Employee is expected to report to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Employee is required to be available for additional / overtime as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is a warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in a warehouse setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Closed toed, hard sole heels are required. Radwell ID Badge and access card must be worn at all times. Employees must adhere to all Radwell Safety Requirements at all times (see safety manual posted online).
