FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

JOB REQUIREMENTS Requirements of this position include, but are not limited to: Cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Gather and empty refuse. Clean windows, glass partitions, fans, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. Office/Conference Rooms/Quality Control Area: Dust and wipe furniture, vacuum/sweep/mop floors, clean common areas, disinfect shared equipment, and restock supplies. Restrooms: Clean and disinfect all fixtures, refill supplies, and manage inventory. Break Rooms/Cafeteria: Sanitize surfaces, clean appliances, and restock supplies. Outdoor Areas: Maintain cleanliness of walkways and loading docks, and clean outdoor furniture. Assist in snow removal and salting in winter months. Special Tasks: Conduct deep cleaning, inspect for safety hazards. Warehouse Area: Sweep floors, organize storage, clean workstations, dust shelving, and disinfect high-touch surfaces. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Attention to detail Willingness to work as a team leader and team member to achieve the goals and objectives of the company Excellent written and oral communication skills Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience.
