About us
Precise Urgent Care is looking for Advanced Practice Providers in Livingston, TX. We are looking for someone with excellent clinical, communication and people skills. This will be an independent contractor (1099) position. We request that you have at least 2 years of urgent care or emergency medicine experience. Comfort with pediatrics, geriatrics, and standard urgent care type of procedures is required (laceration repair, abscess, simple foreign body removal, fracture care). We are looking for a team player who can join the Precise family and provide excellent care to our patients. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patient's symptoms, reactions, and progress.
- Interpret medical problems and perform physical examinations.
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients during office visits, including diagnostic and treatment procedures.
- Communicate with other health care professionals regarding patients' medical conditions and treatments.
- Explain the results of diagnostic tests to patients, families, and other health care providers.
- Prescribe medication based on knowledge of pharmacology and up-to-date research.
- Prescribe exercise, dietary changes, and stress reduction techniques for treating chronic illnesses.

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
