The Role: Behavior Technician
We’re seeking an energetic, flexible, and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our growing team! This part-time role involves working one-on-one with children, implementing engaging learning activities and evidence-based behavior support plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll:
- Foster confidence and skill-building for each child.
- Respect and nurture a child’s ability to make choices, advocate for themselves, and connect with their community.
- Celebrate daily wins by ensuring measurable progress toward individual goals.
No ABA Experience? No Problem!
We provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to ensure you succeed. Plus, we’ll help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential if you're interested.

- Have a Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred).
