Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries, policy updates, and claims
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Support sales and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
