We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a focus on data entry to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, with a primary responsibility for accurately entering, updating, and managing data in company systems. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform data verification to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Organize and file electronic and paper records for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal requests related to data and administrative tasks.
- Generate reports and summaries based on collected data.
- Receive and review all PO/PCO (Purchase Orders/Change Orders) and input them into ERP systems (e.g., E2) and the Contract Review spreadsheet.
- Create and enter formal quotes in ERP software.
- Retrieve and input data into customer portals for data packages and quote submissions.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Support other administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and office organization as needed.
- Maintains a professional and personable relationship with all staff, customers and vendors, being responsive to their needs, as well as those of the company.
- Promotes a positive image of Precision Aerospace

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- U.S. citizenship or valid Permanent Resident status required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment with frequent changes.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve goals.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure task completion.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems is strongly preferred.
